This role is responsible for providing strategic change and transformation advice across several key programs of work. This will be achieved by working with the Opteon Executive Leadership, People and Culture and Finance team to implement and deliver the critical change across a growing organisation.

About the Role
As part of a major transformation program, Opteon is implementing Workday – A Human Capital Management and Finance system; and a Ramco Payroll system. This is initially a 12-month fixed term with potential for permanency.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role will work closely with the project team to enhance the employee experience during this significant internal change initiative. This is an amazing opportunity to embark on a significant journey and to play a key role in Opteon's technology enhancement.
This role will entail:
Leading Opteon's change management approach for the implementation of the Workday and Ramco transformation program, as well as any other relevant transformational initiatives
Work closely with the Workday Project team to provide strategic advice regarding the implementation, including development of training material for the Workday end to end solution
Lead the organisational communications plan for the launch of the new systems, as well as relevant customer and internal solutions
Manage the facilitation of workshops, including the creation of key content and process maps with the support from the team
Other exciting change management activities will include working on an international M&A opportunity, where strategic change management will be required. You will also be a key advisor for any significant change and transformation initiatives across Opteon, including technology and product implementation, organisational design and key growth initiatives.
You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels is essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes of business priorities, together with:
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering change management strategies
Strong experience in the design and delivery of a systems transformation
Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying levels, in addition to the ability to influence to achieve desired outcomes
Experience in supporting a Workday implementation or implementation of a Human Capital Management solution will be highly regarded
Relevant qualifications within Change, Business, Human Resources Management, Organisational Management or related discipline
