Part-time maternity relief cover for a period of 8 months (January 2019). You will assist the Management and Valuers in an efficient and timely manner.
Working days and hours: Monday to Wednesday – 8:30am to 5pm.
Your key areas of focus
Management and delivery of administrative support to a team of Valuers
Monitor property databases and job progress.
Schedule and communicate Valuer's appointments.
Manage and maintain multiple team members' calendars.
Report formatting and editing.
Property identification and mapping.
General administrative duties.
You will have previous experience in an administration role, in addition to effective communication and organisation skills to support the relevant teams successfully.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills, time management and presentation.
Ability to type with high accuracy with an attention to detail.
Drivers licence and own transport.
