As the residents of Melbourne move into their second, stage-three lockdown, Opteon remains committed to delivering high-quality valuation services including insights from local valuers, using our zero-contact Virtual Valuation Process.
Opteon’s Virtual Valuation uses a combination of visual verification tools and a guided interview to provide our valuers with key information about your property and its current state, which can be used to create a full valuation report.
Importantly, at this stage, there is no impact or disruption to service levels, even in Victoria’s lockdown areas. The key priority for Opteon is to maintain the safety of our people, customers, and community. In line with World Health Organisation recommendations, we have put in place several measures to protect the health and safety of our customers and people.
We have focussed on essential strategies to support the productivity and wellbeing of employees during COVID-19. Like many businesses, we have shifted to connecting and communicating with each other and our customers virtually. Staff training has been uplifted to ensure our teams can work productively and efficiently from home.
