The Opteon Graduate Program supports our valuation graduates progress through to Residential Property Valuer (RPV) and Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status. The program aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the valuation industry, enabling our new valuers to learn alongside some of the very best property professionals in the industry. We also support additional education and specialisation into non-mortgage areas.
Our internal networks and tools connect our graduates with mentors across the country including other graduates and experienced valuers. We support their ongoing professional development to apply best practice across a broad range of valuation types and property sectors, and attain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
Youth Leadership Program
Opteon’s Youth Leadership Program provides an incubator environment for a group of enthusiastic young leaders from across Opteon. With representatives from across Australia and New Zealand, the team learn leadership skills, collaborate with each other and gain exposure to the senior leaders within Opteon. The team work together on projects that span the breadth of Opteon, culminating in a presentation to stakeholders at Opteon’s Annual Conference. The program aims to support the next generation of leaders and build upon their opportunities within the company.
